While many renovation contractors will quote over the phone and offer a price without seeing the job, I want to meet with you first in your home and go over the renovation requirements together. I want to make sure that your goals can be achieved without unexpected costs. I like to make sure the renovation plan is well thought out, that all bases are covered and that we are in full agreement of the specifics of the renovation project.

The goal is for you to get to know me and feel at ease. You should have confidence in my knowledge and expertise. I use this experience to give you insight on some things you might not have thought about. In the world of home renovation, this is common in every project. I’m also there to answer any questions you might have. It's important that you understand as many aspects of your upcoming renovation as possible.

After spending some time with you and your project I will be better equipped to provide you with a fair but realistic price. Some contractors will price the job low and then after getting the job, hit you with additional costs. This could blow your budget and leave you feeling stressed about escalating renovation costs. Instead, I will price in everything up front based on what I can see. Surprises are something I make every effort to eliminate.
